When is the best time to order?
We are offering a limited number of weekly cookie boxes. Order by Monday 6pm and your cookies will be sent via Royal Mail on Thursday the same week.
How will my cookies arrive?
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 so they should arrive within 24 hours after despatch. However, due to delays out of my control, they may be delayed by a day or two. If this does happen, please message us if you have not received them by Monday and we will look into this.
Are they baked to order?
Yes! All of our cookies are baked fresh to order.
How should I store my cookies when I get them?
Once you receive your cookies, we advise you to keep them in their bags and store them in an airtight container for up to five days. If you want to keep some for later you can also freeze them up to one month by keeping your cookies in their bags, place them in an airtight container, and when the craving hits, take them out of the freezer and let them thaw completely before eating.
I have a food allergy, can I eat your cookies?
Although we take great care in cleaning our surfaces and storing food correctly all of our cookies are made in a kitchen that handles cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk, nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya, sulpher dioxide, and sulphites. Some of the foods that we use are also produced in factories that handle nuts and peanuts. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee free from traces of these allergens.
Is the packaging eco-friendly?
Yes! All of our packaging is made from eco-friendly materials. please check your local council on how to dispose of these correctly.

I have an event and would love some of your cookies, how do I order a large amount?
We would love to be a part of your special day! If you click on "Contact" and send us information about your event (e.g date of your event, the venue if you wanted them delivered and the quantity you would like) we will get back to you as soon as possible and we will go from there!
